In-Home Counseling and Training: Private, one-on-one sessions scheduled at your convenience. These sessions provide a familiar environment for training and an introduction to distractions at a pace where your dog can be successful. They give your dog the opportunity to be trained wherever you want to take them; such as to the beach, a park, going for a cup of coffee, or for a stroll in your neighborhood.

Board and Train Services: Too busy to train your dog? Julie Schmitt will do it for you in the privacy of her home. With everyone’s busy schedule nowadays she offers this service to train your dog for a minimum of a three-week period. During the training, you will receive periodic updates on your dog’s progress and can come for a visit any time. At the completion of training, you will receive a list of commands taught, places where your dog has been trained and at least three free private training sessions to aid in the transition back to your home environment. Dogs must be at least six months of age for this service.

Day Training Services: Interested in the Board and Train Services, but the thought of being away from your dog for three weeks sounds near impossible? Does your dog have only a few behaviors that you would like to see changed? Have a trainer come to your house multiple times a week to train your dog while you are out and about. Your dog stays in the comforts of their own home and you get to watch their behavior improve each week. Owner transition sessions are conducted at the end of each week of training.

Puppy Management: Early intervention can improve the bond between you and your puppy. Training can begin as soon as you bring your new puppy home. Starting early with basic commands and management techniques will help you and your puppy down the right path for a long life together.

Puppy Pre-School: Similar to Puppy Management, but taught in a class setting. This six week obedience program is offered only to puppies between 8-16 weeks of age. The class provides critical off-leash puppy socialization time.
